Our services
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD can present in so many ways. A comprehensive assessment from a clinician who understands the complexities of this disorder is an important basis for successful treatment. Research shows that OCD often remains undiagnosed and untreated for many years.
Anxiety
Anxiety is a part of life, but it doesn’t need to stop you from doing what you love and succeeding at school and work. Specific phobias, fears of social situations such as attending school or worries about completing assessments and exams, or debilitating feelings of panic and somatic complaints: psychological strategies can help.
Depression and Low Mood
There is a difference between having a bad day and the persistent low mood and other difficulties that accompany depression. Changes in sleep and eating habits, poor concentration, loss of interest in the things that used to be fun, feelings of guilt or worthlessness and sadness are all part of depression.
Stress Management
School, university studies, work, changes in family situations. There are lots of reasons why unhealthy levels of stress might be a part of your life. Learning to manage stress in ways that are adaptive is important. Developing a balanced life and building healthy thinking patterns are integral to thriving no matter what the environment.
