Appointments and Cancellations

Room To Thrive has a cancellation policy to encourage clients to give adequate notice to allow others to access cancelled appointments slots. 

A cancellation fee will be charged if an individual fails to inform the practice of an appointment cancellation or reschedule at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled appointment or if the individual does not attend an appointment. The cancellation fee is up to 100% of the consultation fee for every missed session. Please note that this fee attracts no entitlement from Medicare.

For existing clients, appointments can be made via our patient portal, using the existing client’s booking button on this web site. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
